ACCOUNTABILITY：
1. Communicate directly with BV’s internal organizations, and interact directly with international accreditation bodies for product program
2. Review product technical documents before they are sent to the relevant CB to ensure that all reports are in conformity with accreditation requirements
3. Prepare technical proposals to relevant clients.
4. Review commercial proposals before they are sent to relevant clients
5. Communicate and follow-up with CB organizations to ensure that reports and certificates distributed within an appropriate timeframe
6. Follow-up with external clients to ensure that they receive timely and professional service in conformity with relevant accreditation requirements
7. Participate in preparing and implementing relevant action plans to support the product activities
REQUIREMENT：
1. Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level
2. Working experience: 1-3 years’ related working experience required (depending on level)
3. It’s better to have a good knowledge of CU TR certification series
4. It would be a plus to be familiar with and/or experienced in mechanical or electrical
5. Well-organized and able to see ahead and forecast issues proactively
6. High sense of responsibility and good team spirit
7. Communication skills and business awareness
8. Good presentation skills
9. Russian/English skills is necessary
